Refund Policy
We have a 30-day refund policy.
A request for a return must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
For an item to be eligible for a return it must be in the same condition as it was received, unused, unaltered, and in the original packaging.
Returns must include all original order contents along with a copy of your receipt and or proof of purchase.
To Start a Return
To start a return please contact us at sales@dreamwayproducts.com Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
NOTE: Return items should be shipped to Dream Way 468 Buckhorn Dr. Belvidere, NJ 07823.
You will be provided with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs will be deducted from the return or paid separately depending on the shipping method that you choose.
Please carefully re-pack the item in its original packaging. Include all received contents and paperwork. Clearly write the supplied RMA, {Return Merchandise Authorization}, number on the outside of the package.
Delivered Condition
Please inspect your order upon delivery for correct item, complete order contents, or damages.
Contact us immediately if there is an issue so that we can initiate prompt action.
Refunds
Once we have verified the returned orders condition and contents a refund will be issued.
The refund will be credited to your purchase payment method.
Process times may vary based upon your provider.
Please allow 10 business days from the issue of the return.
